Leadership
Taylor M. Watson, Founder​
Mr. Watson is the Founder and Managing Director of the IWS Group. Mr. Watson has arranged debt, equity, and mezzanine financing for the development of more than 6 million square feet of commercial and industrial real estate throughout the United States. Mr. Watson also oversees IWS’ acquisition division which targets investment grade net lease real estate assets and has expanded IWS’ venture arm to provide capital to compelling startups. In addition to his tenure at IWS, Mr. Watson serves as a Principal at Lafayette Land, and is a member of the Board of Directors at Commonwealth National Bank.
Mr. Watson holds a BBA, with distinction, from Loyola Marymount University and a JD from American University, Washington College of Law. He is a Member of the New York City Bar Association.
